01 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document and any supplementary materials published by jilly1:

• "Platform" means the jilly1 website accessible at jilly1.cam, including all subpages, applications, tools, and gaming environments provided therein.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the jilly1 Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered personal account created by a Player to access jilly1's gaming services.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a Player and available for wagering or withdrawal, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by jilly1 that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "Intellectual Property" means all trademarks, logos, software, game content, written materials, and design elements associated with the jilly1 brand and Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process jilly1 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment details.

02 Account Registration

To access jilly1's real-money gaming services, you must create a registered account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, email address, and preferred payment method details. You warrant that all information submitted is truthful and that you will update it promptly if any details change.

2.1 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) active jilly1 account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a pseudonym, or in collaboration with another person — is strictly prohibited. jilly1 uses automated detection systems and manual review processes to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are confirmed, all accounts associated with the individual may be closed, pending balances may be forfeited (excluding net deposited funds not derived from bonus play), and the individual may be permanently barred from the Platform.

2.2 Account Credentials

Your jilly1 username and password are personal to you and must not be shared with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted through your account, including wagers placed and withdrawals requested. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorized party, you must notify jilly1 immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. jilly1 will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorized access that results from your failure to maintain credential security.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jilly1 is required to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawal requests. As part of the KYC process, you may be asked to submit a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and in some cases, documentation verifying the source of funds used for deposits. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions until verification is completed.

03 Eligibility

Access to and use of the jilly1 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine regulations governing online gaming and cockpit gambling operations regulated by PAGCOR.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines or a jurisdiction where online gaming participation is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing bets.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jilly1, any of its affiliated entities, or any company that provides gaming software, payment processing, or other services to jilly1.
• You must not have been previously excluded, self-excluded, or permanently banned from the jilly1 Platform.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law — i.e., you must not be under legal guardianship or incapacitated in a way that prevents you from entering contracts.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jilly1 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT (TRC20 and ERC20), Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven over-the-counter cash vouchers. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jilly1 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which jilly1 bears no responsibility. All deposits must be made from payment instruments that are registered in your name and match the identity on your jilly1 account. Third-party deposits — where someone else deposits on your behalf — are prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time via the jilly1 account dashboard. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallets (GCash, Maya) and ₱500 for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, UnionBank). GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1 to 3 business days depending on the recipient bank's processing schedule.

jilly1 reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or review of compliance with bonus wagering requirements. In such cases, jilly1 will communicate the reason for any delay and the expected resolution timeframe to the affected Player.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on jilly1 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in other currencies (e.g., USDT) are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. jilly1 applies no hidden currency conversion margins; the conversion rate applied is displayed during the deposit process.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

jilly1 complies with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. Any deposits or withdrawal patterns that suggest money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities. Accounts under AML investigation may be restricted pending the outcome of the review.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

jilly1 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who meet the eligibility criteria specified in each promotion.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the promotion terms.
• jilly1 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel a bonus already credited to an account, or modify the terms of a promotion if it suspects abuse, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Winnings generated from bonus play above any stated maximum win cap will be removed from the Player's account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts, exchanged for cash (prior to fulfilling wagering requirements), or used in combination with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.
• Players who have opted for self-exclusion or who are subject to account restrictions are not eligible to receive bonus offers during the exclusion period.

jilly1 monitors betting patterns to identify bonus abuse. Strategies such as low-risk matched betting across multiple outcomes to fulfill wagering requirements — sometimes called "bonus hunting" — are considered abuse and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings, as well as account suspension.

06 Betting Rules

All bets placed on jilly1 are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended after confirmation unless jilly1 determines that a technical error or pricing error occurred that materially affected the outcome.

jilly1 reserves the right to void any bet or series of bets if there is reasonable evidence of: (a) collusion or match-fixing in relation to the event wagered upon; (b) exploitation of a manifest pricing error; (c) use of automated betting systems or bots without prior written authorization; or (d) breach of these Terms in connection with the bet placement.

For live casino games, jilly1 uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for electronic table games and professional live dealers for streamed table games. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, bets already confirmed at the time of disconnection will stand; where the round outcome cannot be determined due to a technical failure, bets will be refunded in full to the Player's real money balance.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the jilly1 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and/or referral to Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Registering or using a jilly1 account while under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC.
• Operating or using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the jilly1 Platform.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering on behalf of another person to circumvent restrictions or bans.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for financial gain.
• Engaging in any conduct that jilly1 reasonably determines to be abusive, threatening, or harassing toward jilly1 staff or other players.
• Accessing jilly1 from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation tools.

08 Intellectual Property

All content on the jilly1 Platform — including but not limited to the jilly1 logo, brand name, website design, game interfaces, graphics, text, audio, video, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of jilly1 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in jilly1's intellectual property.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the jilly1 Platform without express prior written consent from jilly1. Unauthorized use of jilly1's intellectual property may result in civil and/or criminal liability under applicable Philippine law.

09 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jilly1 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of gaming sessions due to connectivity issues; failure to receive promotional communications; delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers; or loss of data resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

jilly1's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their jilly1 account in the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation reflects the inherent nature of online gambling as an entertainment service and does not constitute an admission of liability in any circumstances.

The jilly1 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jilly1 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components, and accepts no liability for damages arising from reliance on Platform availability.

10 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your jilly1 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or by emailing [email protected]. Upon closure, any real money balance remaining in your account (after settlement of pending bets) will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided KYC verification has been completed. Bonus balances that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

jilly1 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Receipt of a directive from a competent regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a specified timeframe.
• Extended inactivity (account balance of ₱0 with no login activity for 12 consecutive months).

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, jilly1 reserves the right to withhold funds pending the outcome of any investigation. Where it is determined that funds were acquired through prohibited conduct, those funds may be forfeited.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jilly1 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at jilly1.cam/privacy-policy. By creating a jilly1 account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilly1 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors, KYC verification services, and regulatory bodies is strictly limited to what is necessary to fulfill those specific functions. You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

12 Responsible Gaming

jilly1 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become harmful, and we provide tools to help Players maintain control over their gaming activity. These tools are available in every account dashboard and include:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts.
• Loss limits: Automatically pause your session when a specified loss threshold is reached.
• Session time reminders: Receive alerts when you have been logged in and playing for a defined period.
• Self-exclusion: Lock your account for a defined cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours; maximum permanent exclusion). Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period.
• Reality checks: Periodic in-game pop-up notifications reminding you of your session duration and net gaming position.

Players who have self-excluded from jilly1 will not receive marketing communications during the exclusion period and will be blocked from creating new accounts to circumvent the exclusion. Any attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating a new account is a breach of these Terms.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by applicable regulatory authority directives.

In the first instance, jilly1 encourages Players to resolve disputes through our customer support channels. Most account, payment, and gameplay disputes can be resolved promptly by our support team without the need for formal legal proceedings. Disputes submitted via email to [email protected] will receive an initial response within 48 hours and a final determination within 14 business days for standard cases.

For regulatory complaints, Players may escalate unresolved disputes to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority. jilly1 will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or inquiry and will abide by the determination of the regulatory authority on matters within its jurisdiction.
